Terms and Conditions

• IoPT Midwife May Sunita does not have an agreement for reimbursement with the public authorities. Therefore, conversations and courses must be fully covered by the customer themselves.
• By booking a service, the terms and conditions come into effect and are considered accepted.
• IoPT Midwife May Sunita follows the guidelines of the Norwegian Trauma Therapist Association (NTF) for trauma therapists.

Payment

• IoPT Midwife May Sunita utilizes EasyPay as a payment method, where the customer pays the full amount at the time of booking.
• For businesses registered as recipients of EHF invoices, an invoice will be sent.

Participant Substitution for Courses

• A colleague can attend in your place at no extra cost. You must provide the name of the replacement participant to maysunita@ioptjordmor.no.

Cancellation

• Cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment must be done at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time (two working days).
• If you fail to cancel or reschedule the appointment within the given time frame, it will be invoiced in full regardless of the reason.
• If you miss a scheduled appointment, you need to contact us to schedule a new one.

Emergency Assistance

IoPT Midwife May Sunita does not provide immediate emergency assistance. If you require immediate help, please contact your general practitioner, medical emergency services at 116117, or the emergency medical hotline at 113.
